Canada Wide $15 Flat Rate Gift Delivery for non-liquor containing gifts (Not including the Territories or Remote Locations. Please inquire for a delivery quote for these locations).
Flat Rate of $20 for gifts containing wine or beer that require special courier to Vancouver, Burnaby & Whistler.
FREE Delivery in Squamish on orders $74 or more before tax. Use discount code SQUAMISH. Tip - include an "ADD-ON" to qualify for FREE Delivery in Squamish.

For deliveries within Squamish ONLY, in the next step you will have the option to choose a FREE "available" daytime delivery Monday - Friday OR a FREE Evening delivery Tuesday & Thursdays.
To receive your FREE delivery within Squamish - Enter Code SQUAMISH if the system does not recognize your recipient's postal code. ** FREE Delivery only valid for deliveries within 10km of my gifting studio.
You must provide a physical address & your recipient's phone # (NOT yours) where someone will be present to receive the gift. If nobody is present to receive the gift, then the gift will be left by the courier in a safe place and will no longer be the responsibility of pure gift boxes.
If your gift is undeliverable, due to (but not limited to) the wrong address being provided, inability to enter a condo building to deliver because the recipient is not home, then a $20 re-delivery fee will be the responsibility of you the customer. There are NO refunds on delivery fees that have been attempted, as they have already been paid to the courier by pure gift boxes.

If your gift contains liquor and is being delivered to Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Whistler or Burnaby - you may choose an "available" delivery date on the calendar, in the next step during check out.
For all non-liquor containing gifts being delivered "outside" of Squamish - you will be provided an estimated delivery date upon checkout.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All gifts are made to order. Due to extensive time and care put into curating your thoughtful gift, returns are not accepted.
However, if an item was broken in transit, please contact us within 1 week of the gift being delivered. Please email, including a photo of the damaged product, to puregiftboxes@gmail.com
If your gift is undeliverable for any reason, to the address you have provided, you may contact us to discuss returning the gift. Purchased gifts will incur a 20% restocking fee and delivery fees are 100% non-refundable as the courier will have already charged pure gift boxes for both the delivery attempt and for returning the gift to the gifting studio.
