What are the gifting studio hours?

You may order online 24hrs/day, any day, from the comfort of your home or office.

Lindsay responds to emails & phone calls Monday - Thursday from 9am to 3pm.

The gifting studio is closed Friday - Sunday and all Canadian & BC Holidays.

What day will my gift be delivered?

* For Squamish Deliveries:

Local gift delivery in Squamish is offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a daytime delivery window from 9am to 5pm. 

Additionally, we also offer evening deliveries in Squamish on Tuesdays & Thursdays with a delivery window from 5pm to 7pm.

If you require a Monday or Friday delivery in Squamish, occasionally I am able to accomodate so please reach out to me to inquire.

*For local deliveries, please ensure you click on the calendar at check out and choose an available delivery date. 

* For all other locations:

Gifts are shipped out the next biz day (Mon - Fri). Cut off time is 1pm PST.

Examples: If you order on a Monday by 1pm PST, then your gift will be shipped out by Tuesday. If you order Friday, then the next business shipping out day available is Monday.

Delivery Time Estimates:

Vancouver Lower Mainland - 1 to 2 biz days.

Western Canada 1-3 biz days.

Central & Eastern Canada 2-8+ biz days.

How do I order gifts going to different addresses?

Please check out gifts separately that are being delivered to different addresses. If you are ordering 5 or more gifts and require assistance, please contact Lindsay HERE.

Can I have my gift delivered on an exact date?

  • For Squamish deliveries, OR gifts containing liquor being delivered to Vancouver, Burnaby & Whistler, you may select an available delivery date on checkout.
  • For all other deliveries, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time.


What address and phone number should I put for my recipient to avoid re-delivery fees?

Pure gift boxes does not deliver to P.O. Boxes as gifts are delivered via courier.

Please ensure you provide an actual physical delivery address & the recipient's phone number (not yours!) where someone will be able to receive the gift during daytime hours between 9 am to 5pm. Evening deliveries are an additional option in Squamish from 5 to 7pm on Tuesday & Thursdays. 

If your recipient resides in a condo or apartment then their phone number is required. Please DO NOT  provide your phone number in the delivery address as this may delay delivery and incur a re-delivery charge of $20.

What if no one will be home to receive the gift?

Your thoughtful gift will be left in what would be considered a safe place at their door and is no longer the responsibility of pure gift boxes. By placing an order, you have agreed to this term.

For condos & apartments etc., we are unable to leave a gift at the main doors. So make sure your provide your recipient's phone # to arrange delivery or a re-delivery fee of $20 will be charged.

Gift boxes containing liquor MUST be received by a person aged 19 years or older and will not/cannot be left at the recipient's door. So make sure your provide your recipient's phone # to arrange delivery or a re-delivery fee of $20 will be charged.

Can I choose what liquor brand I wish to include in the gift box?

We ONLY offer the 2 choices of wine and craft beer that are available as an option to add onto your gift box and do not offer pick up of other specific brands or choices of liquor. We are legally not allowed to advertise the liquor brand but they are very well received brands.  You may contact us HERE if you wish to ask which brands it is that we offer. 

*Liquor is purchased on behalf of the customer/client and includes a $15 pick up and delivery service cost. 


We work with small local businesses & local makers. On a rare occasion, due to supply, a substitution may be required. Pure gift boxes reserves the right to substitute, of equal, or greater value. You will be contacted prior to your gift being delivered to accept the substitution.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the time and care put into curating each individual gift, pure gift boxes does not offer refunds once the gift has been curated, shipped or delivered. If an item arrives broken, please email a photo within 1 week of receiving the gift to arrange for a replacement of the individual product. Email puregiftboxes@gmail.com
