DELIVERY INFORMATION
For Squamish deliveries ONLY, you have the option to choose a FREE daytime delivery Tuesday , Wednesday & Thursday OR a FREE Evening delivery Tuesday & Thursdays.
To receive your FREE delivery within Squamish - Enter Code SQUAMISH if the system does not recognize your recipient's postal code. FREE Delivery only valid for deliveries within 10km of my gifting studio.
For gift delivery within Squamish Only OR if your gift does contain liquor and is being delivered to Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Whistler or Burnaby - you may choose an available delivery date on the calendar, in the next step during check out.
For gift delivery to ALL other locations,other than Squamish, and do not contain liquor - your gift will be shipped out the next available shipping date. Cut off time is 1pm PST for next available shipping day. * Gifts are ONLY shipped out Monday to Friday. Gifts are not shipped out on weekends as couriers do not pick up on weekends.
You must provide a physical address & your recipient's phone # (NOT yours) where someone will be present to receive the gift. If nobody is present to receive the gift, then the gift will be left by the courier in a safe place and will no longer be the responsibility of pure gift boxes.
If your gift is undeliverable, due to (but not limited to) the wrong address being provided, inability to enter a condo building to deliver because the recipient is not home, then a $20 re-delivery fee will be the responsibility of you the customer. There are NO refunds on delivery fees that have been attempted, as they have already been paid to the courier by pure gift boxes.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All gifts are made to order. Due to extensive time and care put into curating your thoughtful gift, returns are not accepted.
However, if an item was broken in transit, please contact us within 1 week of the gift being delivered. Please email, including a photo of the damaged product, to puregiftboxes@gmail.com
If your gift is undeliverable for any reason, to the address you have provided, you may contact us to discuss returning the gift. Purchased gifts will incur a 20% restocking fee and delivery fees are 100% non-refundable.
